回複：H1B 被layoff後, 還可在美呆多久？

You can stay until you get the decision from USCIS
about you I-485. I suggest (1) find a job ASAP and
obtain H1b status, so you can still stay even if
you have any problem with your I-485. or (2) apply
EAD based on I-485 pending so you can work. Keeping
working in your field will help get your I-485
approved though a job is not required for EB1a.
