everything related to your indentity from I20(if you entered US as a student) to H1B, passport, employment letter (very important), Tax return in three years, ID,Social security card,I94,etc...anything related to your immigration history.

The interview is just to check the doucments, nothing special, be relax. It is easier than your school homework. Just bring as much document as possible.
