I strongly suggest you to hire a lawyer to submit a NIW application at once. Actually, almost nobody can reach the standards of EB11. The publication and citation are only a small part of your application. It is impossible for most of us to have National or international awards, pretigous membership,judging other work... They questioned these facets of my application and asked the more edivence that I hardly get. For example, I provided the evidence to review other's MS. They asked me to provide the further edivence to demonstrate how the editorial board choose me as a reviewer. the editorial board should say that you are top scientist in your field. it is not impossible to write it for me, and so. then they denied my application. Even for NIW application I am not confidence for its approval. however, it was approved.

You should consider the immigrantion seriously. I sent NIW application and RP Canada. My wife sent RIR LC application. I previously considered it was not neceessary. We are not afford the failure. I bought a house, two new cars and a lot of furniture and electronic stuff. If we don't have green card, we will loss everything. Right now, I am feeling a little bit relaxing when I got Canadian RP and NIW approval. Hopefully, 485 was no problem.
