You will be informed to have code 2 (right index finger and photo) some time future. Do not worry! Code 3 = Code 1 + Code 2.
I am code 3 and 10 finger prints, right index finger, and photo were taken.
My FP notice was also taken away and just got that paper as the proof of FP taken.
