Hi congratulations! I saw your post regarding your NIW approval.

Did you create an account on CIS website to track your case status? If you did, have you noticed any LUD your I-485 after your I-140 approval?

I submitted I-485 in Aug 2004, and have completed FP in Mar 2005 and LUD shows FP has been received (before I-140 aproval).

My I-140 got approved a few days ago, but but I didn't see any LUD on my I-485 so far. Is it normal? If they don't update this I-140 approval to I-485 case, how will the officer in charge of the I-485 know?

Also, do you have any idea about your name check result?
