I-140 (EB1) submitted to VSC in Dec 2002 and approved in Aug 2004. I-485 submitted to VSC in March 2003 and was transferred to local office in San Francisco on the same day (Aug 2004) of I-140 approval. The current processing date with San Francisco is July 12, 2004. I am still waiting. Any one gives an explanation why? Thanks.
