回複：NIW：send letter or fax

I asked a famouse professor for recommendation letter. He agreeed to write for me. I waited form few months and send emails to ask the letter. No relpy! finally, I sent an fax to him and got the most important letter half month later. I got I 140 in 2 1/2 months.
