Thank you for your information. I think you should take your kid to ACS to do "BIOMETRICS" as USCIS told you. Actually your kid will be taken a digital photo maybe a digital signature and right index finger printer which is called "BIOMETRICS" for your kid green card. It is a new rule. You may found a code of 2 on your kid notice. I guess you case will be approved soon. Your kid will directly get a plastic GC.

I did FP+BIOMETRICS (code 3) with my hu*****and but my kid on Mar. 7 and am still waiting for my kid FP. Thanks
