VSC notice/receipt 郵寄時間問題

請問這幾天有人收到從VSC寄出的notice/receipt 嗎？從notice/receipt 上打印的日期到收到要多長時間？

網上有人說打電話問VSC被告知 mail room 有大量backlog,可能有的notice/receipt 兩個星期都過了還沒寄出，不知道是不是真的？如果哪位最近收到寄來的notice/receipt ，任何類型都行，可否share一下info？
