Re: parents visa application

I just read the article about the procedure of parents' visa application. I have a question: it is said to write a letter to consulate officer, in the leeter first introduce myself. However, I have not been back since I came here (more than 5 years), do you think i stil need to introduce myself in this letter? Thank you for your infor. I really miss my son and pray my parents can get the visa, bring him back.
