1. F1有兩個月的GRACE PERIOD, 這是不是說在這兩個月中我即使不轉H4, 也可以合法待在美國?

有沒有朋友碰到這樣的的情況? 因為我老公是在美國轉H1的, 之後沒有出過美國, 所以他的護照上沒有H1簽證, 難道我回國後在中國的美領館就不能申請H4了?
