I-140 application withdrawal

I filed I-140 application in two Immigration Service Centers. Several days ago, I was told that my application in one service center (Vermont) has been approved, so I need to withdraw the application from another service center (Texas). The immigration office asked me to write a letter for that and give the detailed reason for the withdrawal of my application. Could you give some advices on how to write this letter? Thanks a lot.
