soryy, you stay in USA illegally now since you left your company in the end of Jan, ususally when you left your company ,the HR of your company will report this to IRS,when IRS knows it ,your H1-b get expired ,you will have 10 day to prepare to leave USA if you don not have any other way to change your status for example for H1-b to f1 or to H4.
