第三國簽J1，如何證明”strong tie to home country“

我在英國六年多，碩士，博士加 博士後，剛拿到美國J1
offer。
看到 美國大使館網頁上”strong tie to home country“的
說明：
我既沒有在中國的不動產，也沒有國內的工作，LP還和我一起
去簽證，國內隻有父母算strong tie
。不知，有沒有與我條件
相似的兄弟姐妹有過簽證的經曆，可否不吝賜教。
另外，有人知道簽證麵試後要等多久？如果要很久的話，隻能
先收拾收拾回中國啦。
