我來美國時是J-1, 現在是H1,
什麽是"nonimmigrant visa number"?
"date visa was issued",是填J-1時的日期, 還是H1的日期?
我辦結婚綠卡, 先生是公民,我不知選擇哪項:
A : an immigrant petition giving me an innediately available immigrant visa number has been approved
B : my spouse or parent applied for adjustment of status or was lawful permanent residence in an immigrant visa category that allows derivative status for spouses and children
