NIW questions

My LC application is in Phi. backlog center now, but do not know how long it can be aproved and I am in my 5th year of H1. I saw lots of people applying for the NIW which is much faster in this forum. I want to ask for your suggestions for my situation:

1. I have a Master degree, now is in process of LC(RIR, EB2)

2. If I file NIW (140,485 concurrently), can I still file another 140 and 485 after the LC being granted?
