Thank you very much for sharing. Could you share more info? Was the pre-filing preparation a very complex process? What's the difference in preparing supporting document for the application? Prevailing wage, advertisement, etc.

You didn’t hire a lawyer! I talked to a local Chinese lawyer; he was not very positive about my case, but agreed to look into it if I decided to hire him. Maybe I don’t need a lawyer either if my boss can handle it.
