請問J1豁免國內原單位不審批怎麽辦

我已在國內原單位辭職,與其沒有任何經濟關係.但他們一律不辦這方麵的審批也不出公函.大使館現在又不接收人才交流中心的公函.請問可有其它路徑可走?

今年有沒有用人才交流中心的公函辦成的?我打電話到大使館詢問,他們說已經不要人才交流中心的了.
