are you in Texas center? I have the same boat with you.I485 receipt just took 2 weeks, but still waiting for 140 receipt,already 4 weeks :((
the bad thing I lost the number for money order, so I can not track the money order cashed or not, you can try your money order or check if cashed or not, it may help.
sigh....
