Perm

Hi! Everyone,

I am confused about PERM LC application. My job requires a minimum of Master's degree, which condition I fit. However, my salary doesn't reach Eb-2 level. Does it mean that I have to file Eb-3 versus EB-2? My employer is a big company with enormous assets, can I file EB-2 and prove they have the ability/potentiality to pay me that level salary in the future? I don't have an attorney yet, just have these questions in mind.
