backlog center news(rumor?)

I just received a phone call from somebody. He cannot talk long time since he called from his office, but he mentioned that immigrationportal.com says some people from VA or NC have already received LC approvals from Phily backlog center. These people's employers received and replies with the 45-day letter about 2 months ago.

I could not find the details from that website, but anyone has any new of the backlog thing recently? It seems that this topic is talked about so little recently in this forum. Thanks for sharing.
