where to take fingerprint

I got the fingerprint form, but I don't know where to take the fingerprint? In their mail, "Fingerprint may be taken at a law enforcement agency or check the yellow pages for a printing service" I looked up the yellow pages, I can't find this service. Who can tell me the answer? I am very appreciated. Thanks
