You did not need to pay social security tax when on F1 student visa. However, you cannot get the money back either. The best thing you can do is ask them to stop deducting the social security.

If you plan to stay in the US for the rest of your life, o when you are old, it is a good thing that you paid social security. If you do not have such plan, then not paying is of course what you need to do.
