NIW申請問題-被拒的理由

準備申請NIW。 新能源研究，23 paper (8 first authored), 150 citation, 6 Patents, 1 National award, 1 Academic society prize, 9 recommendation letters ( 1 member of NAS, 3 from Government - NASA, Sandia, Oak Ridge DOE, 4 independant recommendation), 可能被拒嗎？ 誰知道NIW被拒或補材料的原因（如F1 被拒主要是移民傾向）？ 謝謝。
