EAD urgent

I applied EAD and then moved and made address change at Post Office.
From online status, I see the EAD was approved and sent out 2 wks ago.
But I haven't got it and I think they sent it to my old address.
But today I went to the post office of old address, they say they
don't forward INS mails and only return it to INS.
HOW SILLY I AM.

My question is: If the EAD was returned to INS, what will INS do?
they just put it aside or they will send to your new address quickly?
How long will it take? (I have already call INS to change the address).
