that implys that LC or I 140 should be unajudicated( pending). Do u concur? we can discuss more.


Also, Under PERM, there will be no recipts, u will get approval notice or denied.

I guess there will be new memo after PERM regarding H1B extension. old ones are too vague.

But as I undersatnd, it should be pending. approved over one year is a question . lessthan than oneyear in any case is NO.
