EAD必須要在485之後才能申請麽？

我想讓lg辦EB-2,但擔心會出現排期，我什麽時候才能靠老公拿到EAD呢如果萬一出現排期的話，也是必須要等到485上繳了以後？就是說如果EB-2出現排期其運作方法和EB-3是一樣的？

還有各弱問題，排期會不會在現有的基礎上再次倒退呢？萬一又有很多LC通過了，排期會再次甚至3次的倒退麽？還有EB-2若有排期的話會不會比EB-3短呢？
