EB-2 的工資問題，請教大家！

我想用eb-2，其他條件暫時沒有大問題，就是工資，我現在隻達到了prevailing wage 下的level one, 離level two 還差10k多，更別提level three 了。eb-2 用level one 的工資可以辦麽？
