CA Immigration

I just saw my application status for CA immigration has been changed from In Process to Decision made on the web. It wrote that "A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. Medical results have been received."
Any comments about this? Does this mean my application was passed or denied? Pls. share your experience with me. I'll be really appreciated.
My time line:
application submitted: 04/2002
first letter: 10/2002
second letter without interview: 08/2003
Medical exam: 09/2003
Decision made: 11/18/2003
