這是approval notice 嗎? 謝謝告知!

今天收到移民局的email如下內容:
Application Type: I485,
On March 9, 2005, the document we made based on the approval or registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

我是因為去年9月遞交的: concurrent I140 and I485.我有些迷惑的是我的I140沒有任何結果, 以上這個意味著什麽呢?
