looks wrong id of your email and it was sent back to my email address.

the post I put in wenxuecity is the original letter what I sent to BCIS
except the real name and real university. I didn't state any reason for
status change since it is very easy to change from F1 to H4 as an
dependant. here is the link.

Maybe you just state that you want accompany your spouse to support
his study in America and help him finish study as soon as possible. it is not difficult because you are just a
dependant status.

but I think when you apply for GC, it would be more complicated since
you still need J1 waiver..sorry I am not expert on this parts.
