Did you file 485 for both of your hu*****and and your son (if born in China)? When? If yes, your son is perfectly OK. Your hu*****and's situation depends on many other information that you did not disclose in your post, like when did his L-1 expired; when did he filed for renewal; when was the renewal denied; for what reason; what is the time frame between the date of denial and the receipt date of his 485; when did you come to the US; when did you file your labor (to decide if you are eligible for 245i); etc, etc. You may want to study some immigration law by yourself from BCIS website if you don't want to talk with a lawyer, or if you don't trust your lawyer. It's a complicated issue and it is not possible for anyone to offer you a quick answer.
