you need to file I-129, I-129W, and ETA-9035.
Fees include $185-filing fee, $1500-additional filing fee, $500-Fraud prevention and detection fee. If your organization has less than 50 (not sure about the exact number) employees, you only pay $750 instead of $1500 as of additional filing fee. Furthermore, if you are exempted based on I-129w, you don't need to pay the additional filing fee.
