Thanks a lot for the reply! It clarifies quite well. There is still one thing. I cannot apply for waiver until I have stayed in US for one year, right? I will have got my master degree by then! So the waiver does not seem to suit my need too well. Basically, you are saying a second J1 is possible, with a drawback of double home service periods. Right? Looking forward to hearing from you!
