AD = approval date 我們那些朋友中就有一個批了.我們都是EB3,而且還都是來自中國印度的,大家都是差不多時候申請labor certification.
Biometrics到底是為什麽我不太清楚, 這是做好以後online update

你I140 approve的話可以申請EAD(employment authoriation)/AP, EAD每年可以renew, 就不用擔心H1B.
