I filed I485 in Jan. of 2002 with I140 approved before
the filing. Got finger printed first in 2002, and then
in 2003 again. Send a letter asking for the status
in 2004, was told that INS has not enough manpower to
process and the waiting is indefinite.
Send a letter recently, havt not got any response.

I did myself, first priority employment.
