I485 pending clearly indicates you have immigration intent which is OK for H1B status. However, F1 is non-immigrant status, you CANNOT have immigration intent at all. You can still go to school on H1B as long as you work out the schedule with your employer.

It's tough to have both at hand unless you are in some cities they have universities offer night classes for working people and still can get degrees.
