Hi, guys,
We succefully changed our J status to F status inside the USA. Note, we don't have visa. Now, we face some problem:
1. The I-20 listed the university that applied for our F. If I transfer to another cheaper university, I have to have a new I-20 from the new university. Is it easy to get approval from INS again?
2. We might get a chance to land in Canada (Canada Immigration) and go to China for a visit, then come back to US through Canada. Is it easy to get the visa to enter US if I apply it in Canada?
Any information is highly appreciated. Thank you!
