We got a FP notice letter last week asking us to do finger print this
Friday (our first FP was done last April.). However,
I got an e_mail yesterday saying
that our I-485 was approved on Feb. 25th and the approval notice was sent
out. My lawyer said that the FP notice letter
may be sent due to an error in USCIS and we do not need
to do the finger print. Does anyone have the similar
experience ? It is CSC. Usually, when something is changed regarding my case
status, I will get an e_mail notice immediately. However, for the FP notice,
I did not get an e_mail notice and my online case status was not
updated for this. So, it looks strange. Any idea ??
