I have similar situation with you. I140 in EB12 (OR), AD 08/2003, and I485 ND 06/09/2003, RFE 02/01/05 I got request of additional evidence last month. They request employment confirmation letter. I changed my job two months ago. What really bother me now is my new employer refused to put any permanent wording in my employment letter. They just state that I am a full time research associate.
