untill your interview day.You also don't need to do medical exam in US if your medical paperwork was done within 1 year on your interview day.The precondition is you are either k1 or k3.

You will have to get medical exam one more time if the one in China expired.Just all civil surgeon in your area.The best price in Boston I found is $140 cover medical exam and vaccine.
