父母是加拿大綠卡，在美國出生的新生兒隨父母返回加拿大

能否享受medicare? 是否需要申請加拿大綠卡？這類case是否算是家庭移民類呢？申請小孩子又要等多久？谘詢各位這些問題，是為了安排好新生兒到加拿大後的醫療保險事宜。非常感謝大家的幫忙。
