EB3/Research Assistant

I think you will need to apply for LC as Research Assistant/EB3 (BS degree), since a MS degree is not mandatory for technician position in most schools. You have to talk to your HR/legal representative first to see whether your school sponsor GC via LC first. Good Luck.
