Fingerprint 485 ND 10/29/04

for your information:

I-485 submitted on 10/29/2004, VSC. Today I got the fingerprinting notice. EB1-EA approved on 11/02/2004.

Somebody said that the new policy of USCIS is that currently fingerprint notice is sent out only when your 485 is in processing, not sure whether it is true or not. Or the fingerprinting does not mean anything.
