回複：請交一些父母簽證的問題

想再次請父母去北京的美國使館簽證來探親,他們從來沒有來過美國,以前去簽過幾次都拒簽了,主要理由是他們在國內沒有子女.這次為了增加父母這次簽過的概率, 我們想盡量做好充分的準備.有幾個問題想請教過來人，

(1) 我和我先生都有工作，可到底是用我先生的名義寫邀請信和經濟擔保（I-134 表上的簽名）好呢?還是用我的寫好? 按理我和我父母的關係最親. 可是我是F2來的美國,來了後立即就該成F1了,我怕簽證官反感我這樣的行為.
XXX just one person is enough. It seems to me that your change F2 to F1 was not a big deal and you don't worry about this.

(2)　我們現在剛剛拿到綠卡，比起拿簽證時，是不是對父母簽證更不利？

XXX it will affect your parents appplication since you basically change your mind from nonimmgration to immigration. But this is still not the main effector.


(3) 我是獨生子女,用我父母和親戚的合影照片能否證明他們和國內有不可分割的聯係?

XXX This is the main reason that I am thinking because your parents are hard to testify they will back to China when they finish the US trip. The relatives are no any help for your parents'case. But the other solid relationship with China such as have house, money , good job and the employer statement for you parents from their current unit, stocks in China, and any things that make visa officer to believe it is true your parents have no immigration intension.

(4) 我聽說有些代理什麽的,你交給我$2000,他們就保證能給你簽到,可靠嗎?他們和使館有什麽關係? 美國使館也可以賄賂走後門嗎?
XXX Never believe them and they just would like to make money. Just keep their confidence.

XXX Also maybe you need some very good reason why your parents would like to visit US not just see you. For example, a reasonable trip plan will be very helpful.
