H-1B到期， NIW I-140 ，485 pending

另外一個雇主給辦新的H-1B，但時間接不上了。我有EAD，我的問題是能否先用EAD，然後再辦H-1B。中間的gap有問題嗎？還有其他辦法嗎？謝謝回答。
