For your parents:
NVC will send you fee bill, after you mail the money order or cash check to NVC, it will then send the packet 3 (DS-230) for your parents to fill in. They don't need I-485 since it's consular processing.

For you:
You need to prepare I-864, tax return for the past three years and current employment letter.
