苦命的CIS，慢了快了都會被罵

我的律師說CIS快了並不一定是件好事。快了就以為著沒有RFE。看來確實這樣。NSC現在是最慢的了。等著吧。

你怎麽連這樣的評語都感到不可理解呢？這是非常典型的，去看看AAO的online的判例就知道。專業的重要性並不意味著任何從事這個專業的人就一定符合NIW。你還要注明個人本身的優秀才行。

(1) not too many citations,
(2) references by the people who knows the applicant
(3) not many publications so the work does not have
influence on the field.

你在當初的申材料中請是怎麽對這些潛在的問題一一答複的。其中的第二條就不說了，大家都知道該怎麽做。對於第一第三條，當初在申請材料中難道沒有主動地為自己辯護嗎？反正我的律師是對這些都做了闡述的。
