What they do before is if they think
you are weak, then they give you RFE
and after RFE they will most likely
approve the case. That's how many
people with 1 or 2 papers got passed.
I know a guy with almost no English
paper got passed after RFE.

But now, they don't give RFE anymore
to speed up the processing. And they
raise the criteria and become very mean.
