Yes if your job is permanent, such as research scientist or research associate (no postdoc research associate), or you have at least 4 years of full-time funding. Otherwise, no.

2。保險是自己全付嗎？
Your medical insurance is paid by NCSU. Your family's medical insurance is paid by you. Dental, vision, term-life insurance are not covered by NCSU, paid by yourself.
